The Eastern Kentucky University TEAM INNOVATIONS program is a team and relationship building experience from which you and your staff or group members will benefit and grow! Our personally engineered system provides groups of all types of learning opportunities that are anchored in interpersonal experience and group challenge. Our goal is simple… to help your company or group to become the best it can be!

TEAM INNOVATIONS heavily focuses on real results through a series of problem solving interactions with your staff or group members. The lack of collective efforts is one of the prime reasons groups, companies, or organizations achieve limited success. We focus your staff to get to know each other in a positive light, appreciate each person's strengths and challenges, and the diversities within each group. We identify the logical steps of problem solving from discerning an initial challenge all the way to summarizing the pluses and minuses of how a particular dilemma was conquered.

EKU TEAM INNOVATIONS utilizes a number of interpersonal techniques to uncover and enhance the many capabilities of your staff members. We offer THREE TIERS OF TRAINING for your team!

• Introduction to Teamwork The first level of our trainings involves the basics of building relationships, effective and concise communication, and trust among the members.
• Problem Solving The elements of initially and accurately identifying present and future challenges are discussed. Planning and strategy for effective problem confrontation and conquest are explored through group interaction and dynamics.
• The Adventurous Team Take it to the next level with a specially designed adventure for your staff, using the EKU Challenge Course and a themed event for your team

Cost for these programs starts at just $55.00 per person for 4 hours of training! Programs are variable in length and we will work with you to make the most of your time.
