Weather/Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made 7 days in advance. If you do not cancel at least 7 days before your designated date, you will be charged a fee of up to the total coordinated amount. This does not apply to cancelations due to severe weather. We love to play in any weather, and can continue to climb, zip, and do low course events even in rain, cold, and heat. For an example of severe weather conditions, please see the list below. Again, cancelations must be made 7 days in advance and we do not cancel due to weather unless it is severe. If we must cancel due to weather, you will be contacted by the coordinator or lead facilitator on the day of the event. Please make sure we have your email address and a phone number where you can be reached.

If there are any changes in the number of participants, the challenge course must be made aware of those changes at least 14 days in advance in order to ensure the proper number of facilitators. It is therefore in your best interest to try and get commitments from participants and possibly collect payment in advance for the event. Failure to inform the coordinator in any drop in participant numbers may result in you being charged for the coordinated amount.

The Lead facilitator reserves the right to cancel the training at any time for any reason.

Examples of severe weather:
Thunder Storms
Severe Cold: Less than 35 degrees Fahrenheit
Severe Heat: Greater than 90 degrees Fahrenheit
Cold Rain: Precipitation and less than 50 degrees Fahrenheit
Snow: Snowstorm affecting driving conditions
Ice: Ice affecting course and driving conditions
Wind: Tornado watches/warnings in affect for Madison Co.
