J. Scott Whitt is a firefighter for the Lexington Fire Department assigned to Rescue Co. #1. He has been on the L.F.D. since 1997 with previous assignments on E-4, L-1, Rescue Engines 13 & 9. He has been on Rescue #1 since it went in service April, 2005. He holds technician certifications in rope rescue, trench rescue, confined space rescue, swift water rescue, vehicle extrication, and rapid intervention.
