This 16 hour class teaches the social, emotional, and intellectual skills necessary to maintain lasting personal relationships. The information and skills are based on scientific principles and research, not the trainer’s opinion. Dr. Sampson’s new book with DVD will be included.

Social Intelligence for First Line Supervisors
Being a supervisor makes the possibility of conflict greater because supervising others requires you to tell them what they have to do when they may feel or think differently about it. This 2 day course focuses on the social and emotional skills necessary for constructive conflict in the workplace.

Communication Skills for Parents
This 8 hour class focuses on specific verbal skills (words, voice tone) and nonverbal skills (facial expression, body movement, timing) that increases the probability your child will listen to you and accept your directions with less conflict.

Introductory Courses in Social Intelligence-Training for Trainers
(2 week long sessions)
Session 1 is designed for potential trainers using an active training format. Preapproval is required.
Session 2 will allow you the opportunity to practice your new-found skills and put them into action.
